Don’t Be Left Out of the Adult Summer Reading Program & Program Events

By Clearview Staff

It’s the time of year for BBQ’s, summer vacations, camping, and the summer reading program. Not only is the kid’s summer reading program in full swing at Clearview Library @ Windsor, the Adult Summer Reading Program is also happening. This year’s theme “Novel Destinations” has a lot of fun activities and programs in store for participants. Sign up for the Adult Summer Reading Program in the library or from the library home page at www.myclearview.info. Adults read three books and write three short reviews to be entered in the grand prize drawing and to participate in the final bingo party for a chance to win additional prizes. Participants attending any of our adult program events will be entered into a prize drawing. For our first featured summer program this month, we are honored to have Windsor author Rebecca Valentine talk about her latest book “Beyond the Land of Gold: The Life & Times of Perry A. Burgess.” Rebecca Valentine will be at the library on Thursday, June 16th from 7-8pm for a book talk and book signing. There are exciting programs happening this summer for adults. For complete listings check out our website at http://www.myclearview.info/ or visit the library for more information.
